The city on four rivers – Karlovac, situated just 40 km south-west from Zagreb, holds an excellent 10 km race.
The Karlovac race is the first race in Croatia with the status of World Athletics Bronze Label Race and is included in the calendar of the World Athletics Federation as the World Athletics Road Label Race.
Karlovački cener (10km) is an athletic road race in total length of 10.000 m. The race consists of 3 laps of 3.3 km.
The Karlovac Mile is a race created in honor of 440th birthday of the City of Karlovac. This is a unique race with a length of 1,579 m (the year the City of Karlovac was founded), an ideal length for family gatherings and performances by the whole family.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Pick-up of start packages normally starts in Zagreb, at the Mladost athletics stadium, so we invite everyone who lives or works in Zagreb to take advantage of the opportunity to pick up their start number and package already then, and then wait for Friday evening and the race in peace. Detailed information will be updated soon!
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of extraordinary events and the influence of force majeure - bad weather, state of war, pandemics, earthquakes or similar disasters that may prevent the race from being held in the specified time, the organizer reserves the right to first postpone, and finally cancel the race (the last possible option), and return entry fee is not possible. Contestants will be offered the option of the first possible free appointment. If it does not suit the runner, the organizer gives the possibility to transfer the entry fee to the next year in the standard time of the race, within 2 weeks of setting the new date of the race. Refunds are not possible for payments made. In case of withdrawal, the money paid is not returned. If the competitor notifies the organizer in writing up to 30 days before the start of the race, the registration fee is carried over to the following year.
What is included in The start package?
The start package includes and applies to races 10km. Participants of the Karlovac Mile receive a special T-shirt, starting number with chip, finisher's medal and refreshments after the race. The start package: - Start number and chip (numbers are not returned) - Refreshments during and after the race - A bag for sneakers with the logo of the race -Ticket for the Nikola Tesla Experience Center -Ticket for the Museum - Old Town Dubovac -Ticket for AQUATIKA - freshwater aquarium Karlovac - ticket for the first 200 registered and paid -Athletic dri fit T-shirt with race logo -Meal and Karlovac beer after the race -Finisher's medal -The starting package for relays includes all of the above for each competitor. -Packages may contain additional gifts and promotional materials from sponsors
Where is the refreshments area?
Refreshments are provided at the very start, during the race and in the finish area. Additional refreshments are provided in the target area.
