Join IRONCAT - L’Ampolla Triathlon
A project that offers triathletes a unique triathlon in L'Ampolla. The ideal triathlon for all those looking for close treatment, a good atmosphere and fast and flat routes that pass through the Ebro Delta Natural Park.
Course details
In the swimming, 3 laps will be made in a rectangle at the Natural Port of Fangar, with departure and arrival at the Port of Club Nàutic de l'Ampolla.
In cycling, there will be 6 laps in a 30km circuit.
In the foot race, there will be 6 laps in a mixed asphalt and dirt circuit, 7km long.
HALF
In the swimming, 2 laps will be made in a rectangle at the Port Natural del Fangar, with departure and arrival at the Port del Club Nàutic de l'Ampolla.
In cycling, there will be 3 laps in a 30km circuit.
In the foot race, there will be 3 laps on a mixed asphalt and dirt circuit, 7km long.
