When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Location: Centro Termal in Vila do Gerês, next to the start line. - June 6 (Saturday): From 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. - June 7 (Sunday, Race Day): From 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. If federated, you must present the license to collect the race pack. ID card or passport is mandatory.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
If the participant withdraws before May 24, 2026, they may recover 50% of the registration fee. The organization will not assume responsibility, including refunding the registration value, if the event is postponed or canceled due to force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, epidemics, armed conflict, etc.).
Federated athletes
All foreign participants are considered NON-FEDERATED. All participants who do not have a federation license for the current year, issued by the Portuguese Cycling Federation, must sign up with insurance (for non-federated athletes), which includes personal accident and civil liability insurance for the day of the event.
