Celebrate North Carolina craft beer at the region’s premier spring distance race and community block party. Foothills Brewing and Junction 311 Endurance Sports have teamed up to deliver a high-energy tribute to running, our community, and The State of Southern Beer®.
All are welcome at Foothills Brewpub on 4th Street in downtown Winston-Salem. The day kicks off with a fun, challenging half marathon. We shut down the entire stretch of 4th Street—Winston-Salem’s longest block—from Poplar to Spring Street for the event. As the races get underway, the band fires up and the craft beer starts flowing. Alongside Foothills, you’ll enjoy pours from several standout craft breweries.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined.
Can I walk the event?
We love our walkers. We ask walkers to be aware that course time limits are race specific. For road races, we ask for a 16 min./mile pace. If you fall below this pace, we can unfortunately no longer guarantee course support—which is paramount for your safety. Aid stations, medical support, portable toilets, and road closures will start to become unavailable to participants. The local police and race organizers will ask you to reroute to a shorter version of the course or move up onto the sidewalk where you will be required to obey regular traffic laws.

Winston-Salem is the perfect spot for this race – and for your next adventure! The City of Arts and Innovation is an awesome place to run a great race and have a great time! Are strollers allowed?
Running baby strollers are allowed but must have a minimum of 6″ wheels.
