What makes the Marató special is its host city, with its open, inclusive and cosmopolitan spirit, its Mediterranean flavour, a Modernist past that has left its mark in its exceptional architecture, which can be recognised at first sight around the globe, and its world-famous cuisine.
The main goal of the event is to make participants the stars of the race.
