Trail Monte Casto takes place in Andorno Micca, Piedmont, Italy. The event offers two routes: a challenging 44 km course with an elevation gain of 2050 meters, and a shorter 20 km course with an 850-meter gain. The 44 km route winds through the picturesque Alta Val Sessera, featuring the charming alpine huts of Artignaga. Participants will be treated to the stunning autumn colors, creating lasting memories of the race.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The collection of the bib and race pack will take place at the Sports Field/Multipurpose Hall via Levera 54 (Andorno Micca): Saturday 25 October 2025 15.00 – 18.00 Collection of bibs and race pack 44 K and 20 K For residents in the province of Biella it is mandatory to collect the bib on this day . We recommend that all athletes collect their bib on Saturday afternoon. Sunday 26 October 2025 5.30am – 6.30am bib collection 44K 7.30am – 8.30am bib collection 20K
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case of no participation, registration fees will not be refunded. In case of cancellation of the race due to force majeure, up to 15 days before the event, the Organization reserves the right to refund a percentage equal to 50% of the registration fee paid. This percentage is justified by the multiple expenses that the Organization has already made and which it cannot recover. In the event of interruption or cancellation of the race for atmospheric reasons, or for any other reason independent of the Organization, no refund will be due to the participants.
Do I need a medical certificate and a Runcard?
In order to participate, you must provide a medical certificate. Failure to do deliver the certificate will lead to the annulment of registration without reimbursement. You must purchase the FIDAL RunCard or Mountrail and Trail Card in order to participate in this event.
