Numbers are collected from Race HQ on race day.

Non-refundable. We are happy to defer your place to a future event. Where entry prices are dearer you will be expected to pay the difference; no partial refunds will be made for cheaper events. We will not process any deferrals that are requested less than 14 days prior to race day. Post race requests for deferrals will be ignored. You may transfer your race place to another participant. There is a minimal charge for this service, but we will not process any number transfers that are requested later than 14 days prior to race day.

Unfortunately not as per the TRA UK rules.

Depends on event, but we’d encourage you not to; it really is better to hear your fellow runners, listen to your breathing, take in the atmosphere. But if you feel you just can’t run without them, headphones may be worn as long as you take responsibility for the volume to be low enough for you to hear all marshal instructions and the words of those around you. When approaching junctions or road crossings you may be instructed to remove them until it is safe to put them back in.

Windproof / Waterproof Jacket All runners MUST carry a warm jacket / extra clothing suitable for the winter weather should you get yourself in trouble (Mandatory) Water Container - Great Owl Running events are cupless, we provide water at refill stations but you must bring your own container.
