Course details
10km - This Follows the same path as the 5km but continues past Thwaite Mills and then gets ever so slightly more rugged but is still very good fast running conditions. As it follows the river it is incredibly flat, however, there is one small bridge with steps that must be crossed.
Both turnaround points will be clearly marked and marshalled.

Numbers are collected from Race HQ on race day.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable. We are happy to defer your place to a future event. Where entry prices are dearer you will be expected to pay the difference; no partial refunds will be made for cheaper events. We will not process any deferrals that are requested less than 14 days prior to race day. Post race requests for deferrals will be ignored.
Can I run with my dog?
Unfortunately not as per the TRA UK rules.
Do you send out race numbers in the post?
