When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
You will collect your running bib number on arrival at the event.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you must let us know 10 days prior to your event. We can move you to a different event for a £10 charge (per order).
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
No, unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless you have opted for Ticket Protect add-on item. We can offer to transfer your ticket to a replacement runner if we are contacted two weeks before the event you have entered, this will incur a £10 charge (per order). Please read our terms & conditions for further information.
