When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The team leader can collect all bib numbers for their group from the Runners' Service Center, on the dates to be announced prior to race day.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
A third party may collect your race envelope by presenting your confirmation email and a copy or photo of your ID.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
- Entry fees are non-refundable. - Transfer of entry to another runner is not allowed. - In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, registrations will be automatically transferred to the following year.
What time should i arrive at the venue on race day?
All runners are advised to arrive at the race venue at least one hour before their scheduled start time. This will give you enough time to: - Store your personal belongings at the baggage area - Complete a proper warm-up - Use the available restroom facilities - Arrive on time at the start zone
Will my race be timed?
Yes. Electronic timing will be provided by a professional timing company for all individual races, except for the 1km Kids Race. All runners must wear their bib number properly throughout the race, as it contains the built-in timing chip. Failure to wear the bib correctly may result in your race not being timed.
Is there a time limit for the 30Km race?
The official time limit for the 30km race is 4 hours. Participants who finish within this limit: - Will receive a finisher’s medal - Will be included in the official results Those who continue beyond 5 hours do so at their own responsibility. After the 5-hour limit, the Police will gradually reopen the roads to traffic, and organizational support (aid stations, medical teams, volunteers, etc.) will cease operations.
