The Wizz Air Milano Marathon presents a fast and picturesque course that predominantly winds through the heart of the city. All finishers receive a medal and jersey. Additionally, there's a cutting-edge Running Festival that transforms into a contemporary and engaging running fair over three days.
This year’s marathon retains the highlights of the previous edition, with both the start and finish set against the stunning backdrop of Piazza del Duomo. Cheering points throughout the city will create a festive atmosphere, providing motivation along every kilometre of the route.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race numbers and goody bags can be collected at the Milano Running Festival, in the following dasy: Thursday, April 9 (4pm to 8pm) Friday, April 10 (10am to 8pm) and Saturday, April 11 (9am to 7pm). There is no bib shipping, no race numbers and goody bags will be delivered on the morning of April 12, 2026, the day of the marathon.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
