Three times is a charm, and that rings true with the EuroBEC Granfondo. Following the events in Badajoz and Elvas, Campo Maior is next in line to host the impressive peloton of this cross-border cycling event, taking place in early April. Recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, the setting of the celebrated Festas do Povo de Campo Maior will be transformed into a cycling festival open to all. Participants can choose between the 69 km minifondo, the 102 km mediofondo, or the 148 km granfondo, with the historic Alentejo town serving as the starting point for a memorable cycling adventure.
The journey begins in Badajoz, after which riders pivot before crossing the Guadiana and set their sights on Elvas. The route continues through Santa Eulália, Arronches, and Mosteiros, eventually leading to Nossa Senhora dos Degolados. Here lies one of the key production sites for Delta Cafés, alongside Adega Mayor, one of the many "dreams" realized by the legendary Rui Nabeiro. The remarkable Coffee Science Centre is also situated here and is highly recommended for visitors of all ages.
The course concludes with ventures into Ouguela and Castro, located north of Caia and seemingly brushing against Spain's border. This EuroBEC route promises an adventure packed with the excitement of sport, the beauty of nature, the richness of history and traditions, delectable gastronomy, and abundant heritage... along with plenty of entertainment!

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Location: Coming soon. On April 5th between 10am and 7:30pm. On April 6th from 7am to 8:30am.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
After payment has been made, in case of withdrawal until March 6, 2025, the participant can recover 50% of the registration fee. After this date, registration is considered final.
