When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
PLACE TO BE DETERMINED 29 and 30; morning shift, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and afternoon shift, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. day 31; morning shift, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The day and time slot chosen must be strictly respected. People collecting bibs and chips must stick to their chosen timeslot.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
If you are unable to collect your number and chip yourself within the chosen time slot, a person from your household can pick them up on your behalf, provided they have proof of registration and ID (or a photocopy), and adhere to the selected time slot.
How do I get to the race location?
Metro : Selva de Mar Metro stop (Line 4 - yellow). Tram : Section Besòs stop Selva de Mar. Bus : Line 7 (Forum - University Area).
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Refunds are not permitted.
Is chip mandatory?
It is mandatory to use a chip. Participants who do not have a chip in their possession (yellow chip) must purchase a single-use chip at the price of 2 euros, VAT included (see conditions in the “Registration” section), which is white and will be given with the race number and must be returned to the finish line.
