Join whynot legacy - Stratoni Halkidiki Triathlon
The Municipality of Aristotle, in collaboration with the professional associations of Stratoni and the company Whynot, is organizing the Whynot Legacy Stratoni sporting event. This event aims to bring together athletes and sports enthusiasts for a series of activities promoting health and community spirit. Stratoni, the host location, is a picturesque seaside settlement within the Municipality of Aristotle. The area is historically significant, as it is situated near the birthplace of the ancient philosopher Aristotle, from whom the municipality derives its name. Located on the northeastern coast of Chalkidiki, in the Gulf of Ierissos, Stratoni is known for its natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere. The village boasts an organized beach that has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and facilities. Visitors to Stratoni can also enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities, making it an ideal venue for a sporting event that celebrates both athleticism and the region’s rich heritage.

Can someone collect my race pack for me?
The registration package can only be collected strictly in person. Collection by proxy is not permitted.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, at the registration desk
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case of cancellation or postponement of an event – race (part or whole) the cost is non-refundable. If an athlete is unable to attend the event – race, their participation cannot be transferred to another event or another athlete, and the cost is non-refundable. A transfer to another event is only possible in the case of a documented (medical certificate) illness or injury occurring close to the race date, which prevents participation, and only if a corresponding race is available within the same year. In the event of a change in race category, any difference in the participation fee must be paid. If the difference is negative, no refund is provided.
Required documents
Valid federation licence or medical certificate specifying that the athlete can participate in sport events and races. Without the submission of the necessary documents, you will not be allowed to participate.
Is swimming buoy mandatory?
The use of swimming buoy (lifebuoy) is mandatory in swimming races.
