The historic Municipality of Messolonghi, in collaboration with the company whynot, is hosting the WTL Messolonghi Legacy athletic event. This exciting weekend includes swimming competitions on Saturday, followed by triathlon races on Sunday. What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case of cancellation or postponement of an event – race (part or whole) the cost is non-refundable. If an athlete is unable to attend the event – race, their participation cannot be transferred to another event or another athlete, and the cost is non-refundable. A transfer to another event is only possible in the case of a documented (medical certificate) illness or injury occurring close to the race date, which prevents participation, and only if a corresponding race is available within the same year. In the event of a change in race category, any difference in the participation fee must be paid. If the difference is negative, no refund is provided.
