Is A Marathon Lithuania 2019 Event In Your Future?

Lithuania is somewhat new to the International running circuit, but it is not a place that you should overlook. The two major marathon Lithuania events are the Kaunas Marathon and the Danske Bank Vilnius Marathon

The Kaunas Marathon is an all asphalt, fast and flat course where seasoned athletes can race to beat their best time. It is a marathon that is designed for people of all ages and all running skills. Not just about the marathon event, the Kaunas marathon is an entire weekend festival where the city comes alive. 

Racers get to see the greatest sights of the city on foot and commune with the Lithuanian people who love visitors and extend a welcomed hand as they cheer on their racing guests.

The Danske Bank Vilnius Marathon is an annual road are that is held in the downtown area of Vilnius. The marathon has been going strong for nearly two decades. First introduced as a 10k, it quickly became so popular that it was upgraded to a full marathon and it is now a member of the AIMS. There are over 15,000 participants that race from around the globe, expanding yearly.
