You can Run near to Danube and kinda fast route. There is a few occasion that you have to run up to a bridge. Only downside is that you are limited to a smaller lap (14 km) and a bigger lap (28km) and just around the Danube, but Budapest has many many nice place to visit.

Pretty nice route, some macadam road, not too much altitude difference. Time solid for a runner without training :)
