Welcome to LHV Maijooks – the largest women-only running event in the Baltics, taking place in the vibrant heart of Tallinn, Estonia!
Attracting approximately 15,000 participants every year and with a tradition dating back to 1988, Maijooks is a true celebration of movement, community, and women's empowerment.
This year, we're introducing something extraordinary. Maijooks, the most beautiful spring fitness event, is evolving into a two-day festival, featuring exciting new race options that will make history not just in Estonia, but throughout the region.
Saturday – The Classic Maijooks Experience
Join us at the iconic Tallinn Song Festival Grounds for the traditional 7 km run or walk. It’s a day filled with energy, joy, and camaraderie, featuring a lively spring concert, a wellness fair, and the unique Maijooks spirit that brings us all together year after year.
Sunday – A New Era for Women’s Running
Day two marks a groundbreaking moment: Estonia’s (and the region’s) first ever women-only half marathon! Take on the 21 km challenge and celebrate the power, resilience, and joy of women, surrounded by thousands of inspiring participants. It’s an opportunity to make history side by side with an incredible community.
Relay Half Marathon – Stronger Together
Want to share the excitement with friends? Join the women’s relay half marathon! Teams of three will each run 7 km, passing the baton at the Song Festival Grounds. It’s all about teamwork, fun, and making memories together.
Every finisher will receive a gift bag and an exclusive event medal, created especially for your chosen distance. And for half marathon and relay runners – your starter pack includes a special edition running shirt to commemorate this historic spring weekend.

Frequently asked questions
When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race number pick-up will be available on spot up to 30 minutes before your start, have enough time to go through the expo that is open on race days.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Distance change costs 5 € + participation fees difference. The overpaid participation fee will not be refunded.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
- In case of cancellation of the Tallinn Women’s Run for reasons beyond the control of the organisers (force majeure) and in case of withdrawal of the competitor, the entry fee will not be refunded. - If a participant cannot take part due to health reasons, it is possible to register for the same distance in 2027 by submitting a medical certificate before 12.05.2026. If the participation is postponed, the race pack for 2026 cannot be collected. Participation is transferred only once. - It is possible to apply for a 50% refund by presenting a medical certificate before 12.05.2026.
