What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
If a competitor has paid their registration fee but, for any reason, cannot attend the event, no refunds will be issued. However, the paid registration can be used as credit for the following year's event. To validate this option, the competitor must notify their absence in advance and follow the process established by the organization.
Swim rules
Wetsuits: Permitted if water temperature is below 24°C (75.2°F). Swim Caps: Provided and must be worn.
Bike rules
Helmet: Mandatory at all times while on the bike. Drafting: Not allowed. Maintain a distance of at least 10 meters from the cyclist in front. Bike Check: All bikes must be checked and approved during the designated check-in times.
