When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The issuing of start numbers takes place on the event weekend in the running center Reithalle. It is advisable to allow sufficient time for collection. The opening hours are: Saturday 3 p.m – 6 p.m Sunday 6 a.m – 11 a.m It is possible to pick up your race number in advance at SportX Grüzepark in Winterthur. The dates for this are: Tuesday, 21 May 2024 from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Wednesday, 22 May 2024 from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. Friday, 24 May 2024 from 2.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
If a participant does not start due to illness with or without a medical certificate, any claim for reimbursement of the entry fee will be declined. If the race cannot or only partially be carried out due to force majeure, extraordinary risks or official order, there is no entitlement to a refund of the entry fee.

The cut-off time for all races is 14:30.
