What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
The event organisers have the right to cancel, postpone, change the date or change venue and time within 1 month of the date without compensation to registration fees or associated cost with terms and conditions due to unforeseen circumstances, political unrest, inclement weather or Acts of God.
What happens if I am unable to complete within the Cut-Off time?
As we hope that all our athletes will be able to complete the race, even if it takes longer than the Cut-Off time, we will only enforce the Cut-off times only on a case-to-case basis or due to safety reasons. All participants have to complete the race by 12.30pm as roads will be reopened by 1pm.
Are there restrictions on what Bikes i can use for the Triathlon?
Allowed – Foldies, Road Bike, Mountain Bikes, Hybrid Bikes, TT Bikes, Aero Bars Not allowed – Fixed Wheel Bikes, Fat Wheel Bikes
Can parents/guardians accompany their child into the Transition zone?
Yes, however only 1 parent/guardian is allowed in at any one time before the race starts -. Parents/guardians MUST exit the Transition zone once the wave is flagged off. Parents/guardians are NOT allowed within the Transition zone at any other point.
