When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Saturday, November 23, 2024 • 14:00 to 19:00 - Location: Pavilhão Gimnodesportivo do Satão. Sunday, November 24, 2024 • from 07:00 - Location Praia Fluvial do Trabu
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, for a 5 EUR fee, if places are available. Before November 13. If the change is to a test with a higher registration fee, the difference will have to be paid, in the amounts referenced in article 3.2, plus the administrative fee. If the change is to a test with a lower registration fee, the difference will not be refunded, however, the administrative fee of €5.00 will always be payable.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The participant may at any time request the cancellation of his registration, however, there will be no refund of the amount paid. When canceling the registration, the participant is no longer entitled to the participation kit.

Bib, water container (min. 0.5L), emergency blanket, phone, whistle.
