When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?

Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
No refunds will be made for transitions to courses with lower fees. - For transitions to courses with higher fees, the difference between the course fee you have paid and the fee of the course you want to switch to will be added.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case the organization is carried out and the athlete cannot participate or attend, no refunds will be made. Transfer of registration to the next event will not be allowed under any circumstances. Participants who cannot attend the event can request their race kit from the organization. Shipping fees are not included in the race fee. Shipping will be done on a cash-on-delivery basis. In case the organization is canceled before the start of the event on September 27, 2024, at 00:00, or if the race is stopped during the event due to reasons beyond the control of the organization, the registration fee will not be refunded. The organization does not accept responsibility in this situation. Registrations will be transferred to the next event. In case of cancellations by our municipality without citing force majeure, full refunds will be made within 30 days following the service date.
