When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
March 21 from 09:00 to 19:00 Location: Hotel Rio Othon Palace Copacabana – Rua Xavier da Silveira 7, 2nd floor. Race packs will not be distributed on the day of the event.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Upon registration, participants have up to 7 days after purchase to cancel and receive a 100% refund. After this period, if the athlete cancels up to 1 month before the event, the organization will refund 50% of the registration fee. In this case, it will not be possible to transfer the registration to a future event. It is important to explain that this discount is due to the fact that we have already absorbed costs that can no longer be avoided, such as the race kit and services on the day of the event. If the athlete cancels after the 1-month deadline before the event, there will be no refund.
Documents required for swimminf and beach biathlon competitions
1. Official ID with a photo or a passport. 2. Medical certificate, not older than 6 months, proving that the athlete has full physical capacity to compete in the event. 3. Proof of participation in a similar event within the last 12 months (equivalent to minimum 50% of the distance for which you registered) or a statement from the coach proving that you are fit to participate in the event. 4. Participants with disabilities are required to provide a medical report.
