Join Polygyros Run Halkidiki 2026
"Polygyros Run Halkidiki" is a fast and endurance Running Race event. The race is taking place at the end of August, at Polygyros city of Halkidiki region, witch is one of most beautiful and touristic areas of Greece. The start and finish for the main races are located in front of Archaeological Museum of Polygyros, just 15km far from wonderful touristic beaches of Halkiidiki.
The Running event including 3 races:
14,6 km city-mountain race (speed and endurance race)
5 km city race (speed race inside the city)
1000 m for children 8-12 years old
The race is suitable for runners of all levels. Participants can take part in different races 5km or 14,6 Km, including options for adults and children (1000m). The event emphasizes running energy spirit and sports tourism, with a combination of Running Race event and tourism in one of the most beautiful touristic regions of Greece.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race packs, including timing chips and bib numbers, can be collected the day before the race, on Friday afternoon from 19:00 to 21:00, as well as on race day, Saturday, from 10:00 to 17:00, at the start area in Heroes’ Square, where the Race Office will be located. After 17:00 on Saturday, if the race pack has not been collected, the registered runner will be considered absent, their registration will be invalid, and no refunds will be issued. It is recommended that participants from Polygyros and nearby areas collect their race pack on Friday afternoon to avoid crowding on race day.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the event of cancellation of participation, after the registration deadline, the participation fee will not be refunded. For reasons of force majeure or emergency (e.g. storm, fire, pandemic, etc.), the Organizers, if they deem it necessary for the smooth and safe conduct of the race, have the right to cancel, postpone or change the date of the event, or modify the route, or the starting time, or change the conditions. In the event of a final cancellation due to force majeure, the participation fee will be refunded after deducting the transfer fee. If the date of the event is changed, then the participation fee will not be refunded.
