When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Bibs can be collected at the Neapolis Marathon Village in Piazza del Plebiscito on Friday 17th from 2pm to 7pm and on Saturday 18th from 10am to 7pm. By showing the envelope containing the bib, the athlete will be able to collect the race pack by going to the appropriate stand inside the Expo. For international athletes collection is permitted on Sunday morning before 07:30.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Bibs must be collected personally by each registered athlete, upon presentation of an identification document. You can give a third party the power of attorney to collect the document by filling out the authorization form.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Under no circumstances will the registration fee be refunded. The registered participant who communicates his/her inability to participate in the event by 05 October 2025, will be able to transfer his/her registration to the 6th edition of the Neapolis Half Marathon 2026 upon payment of a supplement of €10 for administrative fees.
Bib transfer to another athlete
It will be possible to transfer the bib to another competitor free of charge and strictly by October 5, 2025. After this date, no substitutions will be possible.
I am coming from outside, can I leave my suitcase / trolley / backpack in the bag deposit?
It is not possible to leave suitcases or large bags, which must be small in size. The organization is not responsible for the loss / misplacement / theft of objects. In the race pack there will be a sticker for bags corresponding to your bib number. Without this it will not be possible to leave the bag.
When will I be assigned my bib number?
The bib number will be assigned when registration closes on September 29, 2024 and will be communicated via email to the contact entered during the registration phase.
When will I receive the email with the assignment of the bib number?
Within 7 days before the race.
What is a non-competitive participation?
If you run with tourist-sporting goals in the not agonistic race it will be enough to register online and then sign and upload the Neapolis Marathon liability waiver form.
What is a competitive participation?
If you prefer to take part in the agonistic (competitive) race, and have the chance to compete for a prize and be included in the FIDAL/WORLD ATHLETICS ranking list you have to: • hold membership of a foreign Sports Federation affiliated with W.A. and in this case you have to provide Neapolis Marathon with a copy of the association license or a self declaration in which you declare that you are affiliated with a sports club; • get the FIDAL Runcard and provide Neapolis Marathon or Neapolis Half Marathon with a copy of the medical certification which allows you to take part in competitive races according to the Italian law.
