Lake Chelan Shore to Shore Marathon

Among the most scenic road races anywhere in Washington State, the Lake Chelan Shore to Shore Marathon, Half Marathon, Relay & 10K takes runners on a point-to-point course along the shores of gorgeous Lake Chelan, situated just to the west of the town of Chelan and southeast of North Cascades National Park, in the shadow of the Cascade Mountain range.

With three courses that follow the shoreline of Lake Chelan, the running event is considered one of the most scenic in the Pacific Northwest. All three runs are on point-to-point courses and participants are treated to generous and amazing views of the lake as well as of the North Cascades, rolling foothills, and numerous vineyards and orchards. The finish for all three runs is at Manson Bay on the lake and within a block of Manson’s quaint downtown.

Runners receive a commemorative shirt, finishers medal, chip-timing, a bus ride from Manson to the start lines, and other swag. Packet pickup is located at Chelan’s Vin du Lac Winery, one of about 20 wineries in the lake area.
