When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
📍 Muscat 🗓️ Saturday & Sunday, 6–7 December 2025 🕘 Timing & Location to be announced soon 📍 Race Village – Birkat Al Mouz 🗓️ Tuesday to Thursday, 9–11 December 2025 🕘 At the Himam Race Village ✅ All participants must collect their race bibs before race day. No bib collection on race day.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
No collection on behalf of others. Race bibs must be collected personally by the runner. This policy is in place to verify participant identity and ensure safety requirements are met before the race. Please bring your ID.
How do I get to the race location?
A dedicated bus shuttle will be available for all runners: • From hotels and public pickup points in Nizwa to the race start lines • Return trips from the race village back to hotels in Nizwa 🕑 Shuttle schedules and pickup locations will be announced soon. ✅ All runners are encouraged to use the shuttle service for convenience and to reduce traffic near start areas.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Runners who wish to change their registered race distance after purchasing a ticket may do so by submitting a request. 👉 Please request the distance change application form via our official communication channels.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Refunds and Transfers: • To be eligible for an 80% refund, cancellation must be made before August 30th, 2025. • Cancellations made between September 1st and October 10th, 2025, will receive a 50% refund. • No refunds will be issued after October 10th, 2025. • A 10% deduction will apply to any upgrade, downgrade, or cancellation. • Transferring a subscription to the following year’s race is not permitted. • Transferring a subscription to another runner is not allowed, and using another person’s registration or bib number is strictly prohibited.
