When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday, April 4 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Magaluf Athletics Track Saturday, April 5, from 12 to 2 p.m. and from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Athletics Track
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, presenting your Passport or ID picture
How do I get to the race location?
The race starts and finish in the Magaluf Athletics stadium (Mallorca).
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, if we have available spaces in the other distance.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Until January 31st, you will receive the 75% of the REGISTRATION amount paid back. Until February 28th, you will receive the 50% of the REGISTRATION amount paid back. No refund from March 1st onwards.
