Course details
Half Marathon course: Start at the Sports Center in Firdavegen, continue on FV615 along Gloppefjorden, with a turning point about 3 km past Sande. Same road back to the finish. Lowest point on the course is 2 m above sea level, highest point is 18 m above sea level. Surface: Asphalt. Parts of the course are closed to car traffic during the race (0-3 km, 3-7.5 km and 13.5 – 18 km)
10 km course: Start and finish as Half Marathon, but turn after 5 km (at Arnestad)

Runners safety on the coursce?
1. The race distance is blocked for car traffic for 3 km from start of the half marathon start, at 14:00 2. The road between 3 and 7,5 km and 13,5 and 18,5 km are blocked for car traffic althrough the arrangement 3. Medical persons at the start/goal area, and also out in race distance, stationed at about 7 km
