When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Collect Race Bibs from the Registration Tent at event site. Registration opens at 16:30 and will close at 17:15 for all 3 distances.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In the rare and unfortunate situation of an event being cancelled prior to the start due to a Force Majeure, there will be the option of a transfer to the rescheduled race, transfer to the same race next year or transfer to another of our equivalently priced races. Entry fees cannot be refunded. Transfers to the same event will be permitted free of charge up to 3 days before the event. Deferments to the same race next year will be possible if you can no longer participate. The deadline for deferments is 7 days prior to r
Mandatory kit
All runners are required to have a headtorch or chest torch. It is advisable to have a back up if possible. As weather is changeable, especially in winter, runners are advised to also wear (and carry) appropriate clothing for the conditions. We also strongly advise runners to download the GPX file of the route onto a wearable watch or mobile device. Although this is a marked course event, arrows can be tampered with, so a good understanding of the route is advisable.
