Mountain trail running race “FROM THE MOUNTAIN TO THE SEA”, reserved for Italian and foreign athletes, in possession of a valid competitive medical certificate.
JUNE 28: 19th GRAND RAID CRO MAGNON 100km route with 6000m of positive altitude difference, starting from Limone P te (CN) and arriving in Sanremo (IM), awards 4 ITRA points.
JUNE 28: 2nd MINI CRO TRAIL 30km route with 2000m of positive altitude difference, starting from Airole (IM) and arriving in Sanremo (IM), awards 1 ITRA point.
Two days of competitions and more, dedicated to mountain running in one of the most fascinating contexts of the entire Alpine arc.

What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
In case of cancellation by the participant of registration for the race or non-participation, no refund will be provided.
Mandatory equipment
A sack, backpack or any other means that allows you to carry the following mandatory material: -A whistle. -A survival blanket (thermal blanket). -A water reserve of at least 1 liter (at the start from the refreshment points). -Cup, glass or water bottle (no glass at refreshment points). -The Road Book (latest edition, downloaded from the Raid website). -A waterproof jacket with hood in GTX or similar, suitable for high mountain conditions. -Cap or bandana. -4 safety pins for the bib. -A mobile phone with an option that allows it to operate in France and Italy. Enter the numbers of the security phones, provided by the organization, into the memory. With charged batteries. Do not mask your number. -List of emergency phones. Recommended (non-exhaustive list) but not mandatory: -GPS -knife, string.
