When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Centro Comercial Alameda Shop & Spot June 13th from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm June 14th from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm Kits will not be delivered at any time other than those previously designated.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Requests for cancellation of registration will be accepted until May 16th and there will be no refund of the registration fee. In the event of injury or illness, the organization will refund 50% of the registration fee. A request to cancel the registration must be sent via email, along with a valid medical certificate. These exceptional requests will be accepted until May 15th for all registrations made within the regular deadlines.
