Born from the vision of Olympic marathon champion Constantina Diță 🥇(yes, a real legend), this race is more than a run—it's a celebration of movement, diversity, and Romanian pride. Designed by Constantina herself, this is a very fast and flat course, and offers the opportunity for a competitive personal best for both professional athletes and amateur runners, and it’s considered the most beautiful race in Romania ⭐. The event is also supporting Habitat for Humanity, Romanian Paralympic Committee, and We plant good deeds.

Half Marathon: Flat, fast, and perfect for PB chasers or first-timers. 10K: A scenic loop past Bucharest’s architectural gems 🏙️ like the Triumphal Arch and Romanian Athenaeum. 3.5K Popular Race: Open to runners from age 8 (kids under 10 need a buddy). Great for families and fun-seekers. Because sport belongs to everyone ✊.
Every route winds through the vibrant city center and Herăstrău Park 🌲. The more you run, the more you see. And trust us—you’ll want to see it all.
🏁 After the finish line, reward yourself with a deep dive into Bucharest’s charm. Nicknamed the “Little Paris of the East,” it offers wide boulevards, lush parks, and cultural treasures. Visit the monumental Palace of Parliament 🏛️, wander the cobbled streets of Lipscani, and stroll through Herăstrău Park 🌳 for a post-race cooldown. START – Constantin Prezan Blvd. near Alexandrina St. – Arc de Triomphe – Kiseleff Road – with return on the first traffic lane from Presei Libere Square, the section located between Kiseleff Road median and local, to allow the return of participants – Arc de Triomphe – Kiseleff Road – Victoriei Square – Buzești St. – Berzei St. – Vasile Parvan St. – Pod Hasdeu – Splaiul Independentei – right on Libertatii Blvd. – back after Constitutiei Square near the Ministry of Environment – entrance on Unirii Blvd. – fountain area on Unirii Blvd. – Alba Iulia Square – Decebal Blvd. – Hurmuzachi Square, just before intersection where there is a pedestrian crossing – return on Decebal Blvd. – Alba Iulia Square – Unirii Blvd. – right through the front of Unirii Mall – Halelor St. – Splaiul Independentei – Victoriei Avenue – Victoriei Square – Kiseleff Road – Arc de Triomphe – right Constantin Prezan Blvd. – FINISH

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
King Mihai I Park (Herăstrău Park) – the main entrance to the Charles de Gaulle Statue (Kit is picked up in person only). Friday, April 23th, 2027, 15:00 – 18:00 Saturday, April 24th, 2027, 10:00 – 18:00
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, with copy of the ID of the participant and event waiver signed by the participant.
How do I get to the race location?
The Start/Finish line is located on Constantin Prezan Street, in the immediate vicinity of the Triumph Arch (Arcul de Triumf) Bucharest. The Expo and festivities area are located also near by (Herastrau Park - Charles de Gaulle Circle entrance)
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Changing the registration can be done before the registration period expires (for transferring to another race or replacing a runner).
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Cutoff Times / Street Closures
The maximum time for the 10 km races is 1.5 hours, and for the half-marathon race it is 3 hours.
