Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Change of distance is available until 14.07.2025 for a fee of 200,000 VND. When changing to a cheaper ticket there is no refund. When changing to a more expensive ticket it is required to pay the difference.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Entry fees are non-refundable, except in case of cancellation or postponement of the event. Transfer to another person is available until 14.07.2025 for a fee of 200,000 VND.
