It is a well-organized event with a positive, supportive atmosphere, a good supply of free pasta party at the fair and drinks along the race, and a central finish line location.

We had perfect weather for our race, and the organisation was great. Living 10k from their I know that is not always the case in August. It can be anywhere between a rainy 10 degrees and a sunny 35. I picked up my bib the day before at Uppsala train station where there was a short queue. I was glad I did when I came to fjällnora and saw the lines trying to pick their's up at the start. I really enjoyed the varied scenery during the run (had to stop to let the train pass). It surprised me how many international runners there were. First 5 k was really crowded. After 17k I was mostly alone, al even though I didn't think I ran super slow (1.55)
