El Tjejmilen 10K es el mayor evento deportivo de Suecia para mujeres con alrededor de 30.000 participantes en una carrera de carretera y en una carrera de senderos. La carrera de carretera tiene una versión Fun Run y una versión competitiva si quieres mostrar el poder femenino. El recorrido de Tjejmilen es predominantemente plano con dos pequeñas colinas (menos de 15 metros) situadas después del km 6,5 y después del km 9. Esta es una carrera para todos y los grupos de múltiples ritmos facilitan el correr a tu propio ritmo. A warm welcome to Tjurruset – the race where fighting spirit can be more important than an efficient running step! This race is for those who are not afraid of dirt on their clothes or dirt under their nails. 10 or 5 kilometers await – along the way you may encounter trails, muddy passages, wet and challenging terrain. Create memories that extend far beyond the finish line!
We are happy to be able to return to Norra Djurgården in Stockholm. We were last there in 2024, and this is the ninth time in total that the race has been arranged in the forests here. This is a forest we know more than well. For those of you who are veterans, the terrain will not be completely unfamiliar.
This is a fun and challenging race that will really get your laugh muscles working. We hope to see you at the starting line!
