You may submit an email request to transfer your entry to one of our other events, we will accept such request at our discretion but subject to the following provisions: (1) you must have already paid the fee for the event in full; (2) the change request must be received 5 weeks before the event date; and (3) the change request may only be carried out for events taking place in the same year
