When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
The bib and race pack can be picked up: – Saturday, June 27th from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm at the Pistoia-Abetone Expo . – Sunday, June 28th from 6:00 am to 7:00 am at the start in Piazza Duomo (NB: in this case, the race pack will be delivered upon arrival, upon presentation of the bib envelope ). Upon collection, you may be asked to show your membership card and/or original medical certificate, as well as the payment receipt.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
The original sport card and medical certificate as well as the race-fee payment receipt may be required for bib number withdrawal.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The registration fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to participate, you can request—no later than June 21st—to transfer your registration to another athlete, paying a €10 administrative fee, or to transfer it to the 2027 edition of the Pistoia-Abetone (which cannot be postponed further). In the latter case, registration must be requested by email (not on the portal) and a €10 administrative fee paid by bank transfer. You can change your finish line by June 21st.
NON-COMPETITIVE PARTICIPATION FOR TOURISM/SPORTING PURPOSES
Foreign citizens living abroad, who are 20 years old or older and are not members of a Sports Club affiliated with FIDAL or World Athletics, can participate by signing the appropriate liability waiver form when picking up the bib. The athlete will have an identified bib and will be included in an arrival classification defined as open, distinct from the classification of the competitive race, with his/her time entered in alphabetical order and will not be able to benefit from prizes.
