What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
Registration fees are non-refundable. Transfer to another participant will imply the payment of €60, for management expenses; and the difference between the current price and the registration price to be changed, should it exist, must also be paid. The deadline to make a bib number change is September 1, 2024. Under no circumstances or justified cause, transfers of individual registrations to future editions or other Infinitri Sports events will be done. This option is only considered for all registrations in the event that the organizing committee decides to transfer the entire event to a later edition due to force majeure circumstances.
Drafting rules
This is a no-drafting competition.
Cut-off times
There will be cut-off time in the swimming segment of 1:45 hours. Upon arrival at the second transition, i.e. the sum of first segment + transition1 + second segment, there will be a cut-off time of 9 hours. In cycling there will be 2 partial cut-off times: one at the end of lap 2 (km. 112) which will be at 3:12 p.m. (time of the day); and in the 180o turn of km. 137.5, which will be 4:14 p.m. (time of the day). In the running race there will be 2 partial cut-off times: at the end of lap 2 (km. 21) which will be 8:51 p.m. (time of day), and at the end of lap 3 (km. 31.2) which will be 10:22 p.m. (time of the day). Final cut-off time at the finish line will be 15:15 race hours (Time of the day 12:00 a.m.). Any participant who doesn’t meet these cut-off times, whether partial within each segment, at the end of each segment or at the finish line, will be disqualified.
