This year, we introduced three new distances: Starter, Medium, and Marathon, providing routes with substantial variations, a range of sectors, technical sections, more runnable sections, and others with significant unevenness. The goal behind this is to enable runners to engage fully in the race while immersing themselves in diverse landscapes of our island.
The Ibiza Trail Marathon Festival concept places the sporting event at the heart of activities. However, the event is also set to include a series of offerings with more events and activities that will fully encapsulate the love for sport, music, and gastronomy, all packed around this test aiming to be something exceptional.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Race numbers will be handed out on Friday, October 23, in the morning between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Hotel Blau Parc in Sant Antoni de Portmany (Calle Velázquez 9). Each participant must identify themselves to the organization when collecting their race numbers using their ID or passport.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
The return policy is as follows: Before 31/08 you can request a refund of the registration fee without needing to justify the reason. Between 01/09 and 01/10 you can request a 50% refund of the registration fee without needing to justify the reason. From 01/10 onwards, requests for registration refunds will NOT be accepted. Changes to distance will be permitted, subject to availability, until 12/10. No requests will be accepted after this date.
Mandatory equipment
For the marathon distance it will be essential to carry a headlamp (racing light), a fully charged mobile phone , a windbreaker or raincoat (depending on weather conditions ), a whistle, a drinking cup and a thermal blanket. For the medium distance it will be essential to bring a fully charged mobile phone, a windbreaker or raincoat (depending on weather conditions), a whistle, a glass for supplies and a thermal blanket. For the starter distance there will be no mandatory material, but it will be essential to bring your own glass if you want to carry liquid supplies. The review of the mandatory material will be done at the access to the exit boxes and will begin half an hour before the start of each test. This review will be carried out by the judges of the test with the help of organization personnel . There may be mandatory material control both at the finish line and at any point along the route that is considered appropriate.
Time limit
All participants in each of the tests must cross the finish line before 3:00 p.m.; Once this time limit is exceeded, the runner will be automatically disqualified and out of the race. From this time onwards, the organization will dismantle the entire security device, from the entire circuit. For the marathon test , there will be time limits (cutoff points ) at the following kilometric points : KM 20: 11:00 am (vigilance Santa Agnes area) KM 38: 1:45 p.m. (refreshment station in the Cap Nonó area ) ME T A : 3:00 p.m. Runners who do not pass within the stipulated time will be disqualified by the judges or organization staff (the number will be removed) and taken to the finish line with an organization vehicle. For the medium test there will be an intermediate cut-off at km 17.5 at 12 noon (refreshment station in the Cap Nonó area). A runner who does not pass within the stipulated time will be disqualified by the judges or organization staff.
