Cape Crusade is an epic 3 Day Mountain Trail Run through the beautifully rugged Hottentots Holland Mountain Range. The route is point to point, starting at Oak Valley in Grabouw and finishing in Knorhoek Somerset West 3 days later. The route is single track heaven and incorporates some of the best trails in the country, if not the world!
The race is fully supported and the entry fee includes single tented accommodation in the race village in the most magical setting. As well as 5 Star Meals and lots of other goodies.
Day 1: Oak Valley to Grabouw Country Club: 23 km's
Day 2: Grabouw Country Club to Grabouw Country Club: 20 km's
Day 3: Grabouw Country Club to Knorhoek Somerset West: 17 km's
The 3 days' routes are an epic mix of amazing single track and technical mountain trails, that are equally challenging as well as rewarding.

When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Registration takes place at The Manor House, Knorhoek Estate Sir Lowry's Pass Somerset West, from 6:30 to 7:45am on the 30th of April.
