When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Friday October 18 - 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m Saturday October 19 - 6:30 a.m. to 7:45 a.m Gandia Beach (Plaza del Puerto, Avenida La Paz)
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Another person can pick up your race bib with a photocopy of your ID and signed authorisation. The control of the material will have to be carried out by the registration holder.
How do I get to the race location?
Plane to Valencia València -> Gandia by train
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can change the distance free of charge as long as there are still places available, or until the closing date for entries, 8 October 2024 at 11.59pm. You will only have to pay the difference in price if it is a longer distance. The corresponding money will be refunded in the case of a shorter distance.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
FULL, HALF & AQUABIKE MD AND LD ICAN TRIATHLON 80% refund to all those requested until June 16, 2024. 60% refund to all those requested between June 17 and September 15, 2024. 30% refund to all requests between September 16 and October 8, 2024. ICAN TRIATHLON SHORTS 60% refund to all those requested between June 17 and September 15, 2024. 30% refund to all requests between September 16 and October 8, 2024.
