Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, it is possible by showing your identity card. A photo taken with your mobile phone is enough.
How do I get to the race location?
You can get there by public transport, by underground. Stop: Alameda
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, if you wish to make a change to your registration, log in to “My Registration” with your email address and reference number and click on “Edit fee”.
What is the cancellation/refund policy for this event?
- 100% refund. From 5 November 2025 to 5 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. // - €1.50 in administrative fees - From 6 December 2025 to 30 January 2026 at 11:59 p.m.: 50% - From 1 February 2026 to 15 February 2026 at 23:59: 20%

It is a competition where drafting is permitted.
Permitted bikes
You can use any type of bicycle: road, mountain or touring. Couplings cannot be used.
