EXECUTE Sälen

Execute Sälen by adidas Terrex is a relay where runners compete in women's, men's and mixed classes. Each team consists of two to four runners and the relay is run on four different courses, all of which must be run four distances each. September 20, 2025 is the time for the second edition of the event, which is decided in challenging mountain terrain at Hundfjället in Sälen. You must be at least 18 in 2025 to participate. Everyone who participates will receive a stylish running t-shirt from adidas Terrex.

The relay is decided on four different courses, green, blue, red and black course, all of which must be run four distances per team. 4 x 4 = 16 stretches in total. This applies regardless of whether your team consists of two, three or four people. In total, a team will run 100 km containing 4000 meters of elevation gain. If a team consists of four runners, each person therefore runs 25 kilometers and gains approximately 1000 meters of elevation gain along the way. In the event that a team consists of two or three people, there will naturally be a longer distance and more height meters per person. It's all about how tough a challenge your team wants.
