When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
Information and check-in passes will be sent via email approximately two weeks before the race. If you do not receive your check-in pass before you collect your bib number, you can collect it with your ID card. Everyone must pick up their bib number at the bib number distribution center or at the event site on race day.
Can someone collect my race pack for me?
Yes, if the person has your check-in pass or ID with them.
How do I get to the race location?
Subway to Ropsten and then walk to the event area.
Can I change the distance after I purchase a ticket?
Yes, you can change the distance in you participant account until two weeks before the event.
