When and where can I collect my BIB/race pack?
30-60 minutes before your start time, you can pick up your bib number from the large tipi tent on the ice at the Southern Harbour.
What is the cancelation/refund policy for this event?
Full refund is given if you cancel 14 days after your booking until 31 December. After 31 December, no refund is given. You are allowed to sell your ticket to another person, please send us an email about it and we will change the name.
