This event starts with a great sea swim in the warm waters of Goodrington Sands. Then it’s onto the bikes for a challenging loop around the Torbay area and finally a stunning out and back off-road coast run over towards Brixham.
Be warned the bike courses are tough and both include Parliament Hill which averages 11 percent followed by another tough climb out of Galmpton before the super-fast descent towards the finish. The run course is also challenging with some steep hills & steps to contend with.
