Join Roadford Lake Triathlon - Autumn
Due to the exceptional quality of Roadford Lake as a triathlon venue, we have decided to add an additional date in autumn. This beautiful location offers an outstanding swimming experience in a lake where swimming is not typically allowed. The bike course takes you along serene, undulating roads, providing a peaceful and enjoyable ride. Additionally, the running portion offers a fantastic route, mainly consisting of well-maintained gravel paths. For your convenience, lakeside camping is available as well.
If you choose to participate, you will begin the event with a swim in the lake, a unique opportunity not to be missed. Following the swim, you will venture onto the quiet, local roads for one or two laps of the bike leg. To conclude the race, you will embark on a 1, 2, or 3 lap run primarily on gravel paths. In order to ensure everyone stays on the right path, we have made some minor adjustments to the run course.
If individual participation is not your preference, Team Relay options are available for the Sprint and Standard distances. Each team member typically completes one discipline and then passes on the timing chip in the transition area.
