The iconic buildings like ARoS Art Museum, Musikhuset and the Town Hall Tower can be enjoyed at a low pace in the start and finishing area. The route also takes you past attractions like Aarhus Cathedral, Dokk1 and Tivoli Friheden. The BESTSELLER Aarhus City Half Marathon gives a unique experience with many beautiful sightings along the route for the participants to enjoy. Aarhus is a vibrant city full of joy and love that promises the run of a lifetime.
HOTSPOTS OF ENTERTAINMENT
Music, dance, shouts, and cheering will make the runners forget time as well as the kilometers ahead of them. With more than 50 entertainment hotspots along the route the BESTSELLER Aarhus City Half Marathon is the most entertaining road run in Denmark. At these hotspots the runners will meet cheerleaders, big bands, pirates and many more, who will lift the through the route. Before the starting pistol marks the beginning of the run the Tour Caravan, like the one known from Tour the France, readies the 50.000 spectators along the route and puts them in a cheerful mood.
